What is the goal of the game?
Your goal is to simply sum up the numbers on the screen (both visible and hidden ones)! Each number shifts one block to left after every given answer. Most of the numbers are visible on the screen, but few of the left-most ones can not be seen. This means you must have remembered them on previous rounds. Thus the game is vexing two of your most vital mental skills: ability to perform simple arithmetics, and short-term memory.
Why would I play this game?
The point of the game is to test and boost short-term memory and concentration. I personally play 50 rounds (on Medium) every morning at 5 am. I find it a perfect way to get my brain going for the day.
How the scoring system works?
Wrong answer | -> | 0 points |
Right answer (> 10 seconds) | -> | 0 points |
Right answer (< 10 seconds) | -> | (10000 - answer_time_in_milliseconds) points |
The app keeps a track of your performance throughout the game session. During the session you can check the running avg (points avg of last 10 rounds). When you finish the session, you get a quick recap how well you did.
That "Raw" -level is impossible!
Yeah, I made that difficulty setting pretty tough. I don't play it myself, but there are plenty of folks more quick-witted than me. I like the "Medium"; its light-weight enough to stimulate without frustration.
